Hatch Cover Sealing Tape – Dry Cargo
DRY CARGO is produced in 20m rolls of bitumen compound coated onto polythene film and interleaved with release paper. The Dry Cargo brand of hatch cover sealing tape has been around since the 1960s, and in that time it’s become one of the best known brands for the purpose.
You might not know that Dry Cargo sealing tape is a British product, developed by Cullen, Metcalfe and Co and manufactured in the UK since. However, you’ll find it on vessels around the world, as it has justifiably earned its reputation in the sixty years since its invention.
Dry Cargo for Hatch Cover Sealing Tape
Why use Dry Cargo? Well, as with many of the products we offer, the answer is simple – half measures aren’t good enough in the unhappy event that you encounter problems at sea. You can depend on this sealing tape to keep a hatch over sealed under almost any conditions. This is especially true of Dry Cargo Heavy Duty, which was introduced in the 1970s, but even the Standard Duty product is one of the most effective on the market.
